Membership is open to all persons with a genuine interest in nutrition. All applications for membership will be reviewed by the Board. All BNS members adhere to the procedures and regulations as stipulated in the Statutes, house rules and code of conduct specified in it.
Independent and active scientists may wish to apply for participation in the decision making structures and administrative procedures of the BNS. Please note that if you apply for this, you are expected to attend the general assembly meetings, review documents of interest and actively take part in the process of informed decision making. To be eligible for this, your application will be evaluated against your professional profile and declaration of interest.
